header-slider-flatSpring has sprung, & Kapha (earth & water) season is approaching! Get healthy & stay healthy with new yoga classes & personalized holistic knowledge. Your activity is necessary for a healthy body, even actually half an hour! In Sanskrit Vata (air’s movement & ether) balances & cleanses Kapha, & Pitta (fire) stimulates & purifies Kapha. Now also is a time for neti pots, salt baths, cooked greens, & eucalyptus, peppermint, or ginger teas. I love the questions so keep them coming! I hope to see you soon… 1<3
