We’re in pitta season, according to ayurveda ~ the sister science to yoga, & this current season is ruled by fire & water now so it’s very important to stay cool, hydrated, & exposed to some moderate sunlight when you can. We need to take the time to move & stretch plus relax, meditate, & reflect. Grattitude helps to keep us balanced with positive intentions. Foods that give us comfort during the summer season should be eaten in moderation, but made as healthy as possible to keep the immune system strong so share some recipes to modify & improve them for your best health this summer!
