Blood and soil never again in this country

article-charlottesville-5-0811

Nazi sentiment is unacceptable. I thought that the president’s delivery of his response to the torch- bearing mob above was just utterly inadequate. He did in fact call on people at his rallies to rough up his opposition. That’s saying it politely. He continued to say that he would help those throwing the first punch to make bail. That’s simply not right, especially among our youth. It’s time for Bannon to finally go. Communities must stand together against this wave of divisiveness. We must wise up, now. Join us at St. John The Divine on Tuesday & we’ll focus on peace, life, and healing. There’s something here for everyone…

We’re in pitta season, according to ayurveda ~ the sister science to yoga, & this current season is ruled by fire & water now so it’s very important to stay cool, hydrated, & exposed to some moderate sunlight when you can. We need to take the time to move & stretch plus relax, meditate, & reflect. Grattitude helps to keep us balanced with positive intentions. Foods that give us comfort during the summer season should be eaten in moderation, but made as healthy as possible to keep the immune system strong so share some recipes to modify & improve them for your best health this summer!
