We’re in vata season, according to ayurveda ~ the sister science to yoga, & this current season is ruled by air now so it’s very important to stay warm, hydrated, & exposed to some healthy sunlight when you can. We all need to take the time to move & stretch plus relax, meditate, & reflect. Grattitude helps to keep us balanced with positive intentions. Foods that give us comfort during the winter season should be eaten in moderation, but made as healthy as possible to keep the immune system strong so share some recipes to modify & improve them for your best health this winter!
